Terminology

• Season groups activity over time. In the admin view, you inspect data one season at a time. You select the active season from the menu in the top-right corner.
• Activities are weekly or one-off sessions. Under them you create events. It’s easy to create recurring events for a new activity.
• An activity can have a single-class price. This is the price charged from the participant for one event.
• You can also define season passes. For a pass you choose its price and which activities it covers. The pass becomes available to all participants and class attendance is automatically deducted.
• A forced season pass is a pass that is automatically purchased for a participant after a certain number of attendances. This can be useful e.g. for course-like activities with a trial period. Contact support@hob.fi* if you want to configure a forced pass.*
• With reports you can create season-level Excel exports.
