The hob.fi store is operated by:

The store sells participation rights and passes to private individuals. Services are provided only in Finland.

Ordering

You purchase participation rights and passes by registering for classes and paying the fees. A pass can also be used to pay for participation. You do not receive a physical pass – it is stored in the hob.fi service. The participation fee must be paid before attending a class.

Payments and payment methods

Paytrail

We use the Paytrail service in our web shop. You can read their terms here. Your bank statement or card invoice will show Paytrail Oyj.

You can pay using payment buttons from Finnish banks (Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken) and with cards (Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express).

Stripe

We use Stripe in our web shop. You can read their terms here. Your bank statement or card invoice will show Stripe.

Cancellation terms

In this hob.fi store we sell hobby services. A single class participation can be cancelled free of charge before the class starts. After the class has started there is no right to cancel.

For season or multiple-use passes you can cancel within 14 days of purchase. The cancellation is free of charge and you may have already used some visits. In that case we will charge the used sessions afterwards according to the price list.

To cancel, send an email to tuki@hob.fi. Include the participant’s name and the name of the class or pass. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
